If you’re finding that the times of clockings from Dahua devices do not correspond with the actual times people are clocking, there may be an issue with the time setting process.
Jarrison Time integrates with Dahua devices directly over network and require the devices not to be linked to any other third-party software, including Dahua controllers used to set time zones for devices. Controllers interfere with the time zones on the devices, causing clockings to have incorrect times.
An auto-set time can be setup in Jarrison Time by following the below steps, after devices have been disabled from Dahua controllers
1) Go to Setup > System Configuration > Engine tab
2) Select time interval to required Hours / Minutes
3) Click on Save
4) Restart the JT Engine service for changes to take effect

Once the JT Engine is started, the set time will be processed and clockings will reflect correct times.
