If a message containing “error code 417” is encountered, please check the HTTP settings from Windows Control Panel. Use HTTP1.1 should not be enabled.
A restart may be required after changing the setting.
TLS 1.2 should be enabled. The below Powershell command can be used to check if it's enabled. More info on TLS1.2 can be found here
